Mr. Skalinder stated he has driven [blank] home on his motorcycle. Mr. Skalinder stated he provides a helmet and a jacket for [blank] to wear. Mr. Skalinder was as heavy as after driving [blank] home on his motorcycle he told [blank], [blank] had sexy hair when [blank] commented on having helmet hair. Mr. Skalinder said he did not say [blank] hair was sexy, but rather he reassured [blank] that [blank] hair was “fine,” and just said that out of courtesy. Mr. Skalinder was asked if he got into close proximity of [blank] and unzipped it that jacket [blank] was wearing. Mr. Skalinder stated it was a jacket he lent [blank] to wear for the ride and he unzipped the jacket because the tab was broken and [blank] was having trouble unzipping it. [Blank] stated this school year Mr. Skalinder give [blank] a ride home in his car and sometimes on his motorcycle. [Blank] stated that after he took [blank] home once on the motorcycle, [blank] complained about [blank's] hair after taking off the helmet. [Blank] stated Mr. Skalinder said curly hair is great because you could just shake it out and it will look great, then Mr. Skalinder added, "In fact I think that's really sexy." Skalinder resigned August 19, 2016 after this Sexual Harrasment report came out August 15, 2016 and he then somehow got a job at Glenbrook High School on October 10, 2016. The Chicago Teachers Union leadership allowed Mr. Skalinder to continue to work with female teachers and children as a National Board mentor even after he was found to have sexually harrased students and staff even after he was designed Do Not Hire with Chicago Public Schools on Septemebr 23, 2016.
Eric Skalinder was on payroll with the Chicago Teachers Union mentoring program after this report was made and worked with female teachers in Chicago Public Schools.
