Education Week quotes Michelle Rhee's "Students First" Astroturf group as if Rhee, her finances, and her ideology were somehow neutral in the debates over Opt Out and corporate school reform.Following the decision by The New York Times to blame "teacher unions" for the massive Opt Out movement currently sweeping the USA against corporate school reform, personified by high-stakes testing, Education Week, which is completely funded by the corporate leaders of corporate "school reform," lashed out against the Opt Out movement in one of the most dishonest piece of reporting since Ed Week began its apologetics for the belief systems underlying school reform.
