It was no surprise to anyone who had covered a Rahm Emanuel press conference during any of the first three years Rahm was in power. The guy was about as arrogant to reporters as anyone who had ever pretended to want to be a public official.

Substance photo by David Vance.But this morning (March 28) we received an email from Fred Klonsky's blog, and the video of Rahm pushing at a shopper at a Target while Rahm went around trying to shake hands was almost too much to believe.
