But rather than beat around the bush or thrash in the weeds, here is the communication:
EMAIL TO PRINCIPALS:
Good Afternoon,
First and foremost thank you very much for your support this summer, it is greatly appreciated. We look forward to working with you and your students over the next few months. Per our trainings this past Thursday, I wanted to follow up and make sure everyone is on the same page and can hit the ground running tomorrow and Tuesday.
• There are currently 8,600 students that we have received from CPS that are in the Think Through Math system. Approximately 2,000 students have not been passed along on this data exchange. So, this means we need your help!!
• For students that are not in the system, please use the spreadsheet attached. You or the classroom teacher needs to fill this document out (with the missing student’s info) and send back via email to support@thinkthroughmath.com. Your email will be processed immediately and we will upload the students from there.
• If there is a delay in a classroom because students have not been uploaded, please let teachers know to use materials on hand to substitute until their students can get uploaded.
• In addition, someone from TTM will be visiting your site this week so if any additional assistance is needed please reach out to them.
If you have any questions or if there is anything else I can do to assist, please do not hesitate to contact me.
