Chicago Board of Education officials threaten to arrest ministers, priests and other religious leaders at 'Pray In' against the school closings
Officials of Chicago public schools threatened to arrest a group of ministers, priests and other preachers who held a "Pray In" at the headquarters of the nation's third largest school system on the afternoon of May 15, 2013, as protests across Chicago mounted during the week before the Board of Education is set to vote on the greatest number of school closings in the history of the USA. The closings have been ordered by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, and will be voted on by the Board of Education appointed by Mayor Emanuel, after being proposed by the school system's "Chief Executive Officer" appointed by Rahm Emanuel.
