RAHMWATCH HALLOWEEN: Another day, another publicity stunt
If the famous "American Pharoah", Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley, were to return to life to check out the life on the famous fifth floor at Chicago's City Hall, he wouldn't recognize the place. The city's most famous mayor had transformed what was once a functioning center of government into a set for a bunch of B and C grade Hollywood productions. The greatest increase on the payroll of city government consists of scriptwriters, costume designers, and rewrite people whose sole job is to burnish the image of Chicago's Hooray for Hollywood Mayor, Rahm Emanuel.

Pot holes were increasing, the city's number of murders by Halloween had reached the same level as it had in the entire previous year. Gang graffiti was sprouting like mould across the city for the first time in a generation. The mayor had gotten rid of the men and women who cleaned off the graffiti and replaced them with — what exactly?
