As the number of test "cheating" scandals continues to grow across the USA, it's becoming more and more clear to the attentive reader that the executives who have been running America's large urban public schools in this era of test-based "accountability" have been as mendacious as bankers in the pursuit of their numbers. But just like the bankers, the Michelle Rhee's of the USA are not likely to go to jail no matter how clearly their crimes are exposed.
