Protests to greet Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker this morning in Chicago

February 21, 2011, saw some of the biggest protests in Wisconsin history in Madison and inside the rotunda of the capitol building (above). Substance photo by Garth Liebhaber.Protesters plan to meet at Chicago's Union League Club (Jackson, between Clark and Dearborn) at 7:00 a.m. today, November 3, 2011, to protest a breakfast speech being given inside the club by Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. Walker, whose legislations stripped Wisconsin public workers of collective bargaining rights, is being feted in Illinois as a man who has proposals to save Illinois public finances.
