'Coordinators' or field reps?

She said that expensive “directors” had been replaced by more efficient “coordinators.” She also said she was going to increase the number of field reps to serve the members and enforce the contract. She actually expanded “coordinators.” It appears that CTU is in violation of its own union contract with the Teamster local (743) that represents field reps. “Coordinators” have been reported doing rep work as late as Substance deadline. The Teamsters are pursuing a complaint that might be a grievance.
